After reaching to Gulmarg our vehicle will stand at parking area or at hotel because our vechile is not allowed inside in the gulmarg & inner sightsseening which you have to do by walking or horse ride (on your own expenses)and will enjoy a real beauty of nature and can also take a atv ride .Across the green meadow to one of the world’s highest Golf course with 18 holes also enjoy Gondola cable car ride .
We proceed to gulmarg (60kms/2hrs drive) the scenic tour destination in Kashmir, primarily famous for ski slopes. One can have gondola ride (cable car) from gulmarg to kangdoori and marry shoulder (on your own cost), across the green meadow to one of the world’s highest golf clouse. And take a pony ride or ATV ride (by your own payment).in evening drive back to Srinagar and enjoy overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.Drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg is very beautiful as you will pass through some town and villages, at many places you can enjoy the view of paddy field with rivers flowing on one side. On the way we stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold). Unavoidable circumstances:
If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, strikes, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the itinerary of the tour has to be changed or extended, and the additional expenditure for it will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour.
Complaints during the tour:
If the passengers have any complaints regarding our service like hotels, houseboats, transport, etc., they need to inform us immediately, so that the issue can be addressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the issues will be entertained after the end of the tour.
Check-in and check-out policy:
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
After confirming a holiday package, the passenger can cancel or amend their booking by sending an e-mail to us at rooyashama@gmil.com In case, the passenger is sending an e-mail to cancel the holiday booking, it should be done at least 5 working day prior to the scheduled departure.
Hotels will be booked only once we receive your confirmation, if at the time of operations the hotels are not available or sold out, in that case we will book similar or the next best alternative available. In accordance we will advise you the supplements or rebates if any
