- NOTE:-Any cost arising due to natural climates like landslide, road bock age etc. or any change in plane borne by client, is directly payable on spot.

Terms & Conditions
- The company is responsible only for those services which are charged from the guest.
- All other services which are not paid by the guest to the company are suggested services, and the company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. Unavoidable circumstances:
- If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, strikes, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the itinerary of the tour has to be changed or extended, and the additional expenditure for it will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour. Complaints during the tour:
- If the passengers have any complaints regarding our service like hotels, houseboats, transport, etc., they need to inform us immediately, so that the issue can be addressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the issues will be entertained after the end of the tour.
- Check-in and check-out policy:
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- After confirming a holiday package, the passenger can cancel or amend their booking by sending an e-mail to us. In case, the passenger is sending an e-mail to cancel the holiday booking, it should be done at least 5 working day prior to the scheduled departure.
- No partial refunds or credits will be provided for any unused services on the tour
