Payments Terms
- For Confirmation Booking 40% of package amount is payable as advance, Remaining balance will be payable upon Arrival
- Paying by Google/ Bank Transfer there won’t be any additional fee for Transaction
- Paying by Credit/Debit Card there will be extra Card Charges for each transaction
- Above payment policy is subject to change during peak seasons

- Pre-paid Sim cards doesn’t work in Ladakh due to security reasons, postpaid connection is must.

- Please Note:
- The hotel names mentioned only indicates that our rates are basedonthehotels, do not consider this as confirmation, since none of the hotels have been booked.
- Hotels will be booked only once we receive your confirmation, if at the time of operations the hotels are not available or sold out, in that case we will book similar or the next best alternative available. In accordance we will advise you the supplements or rebates if any.
- The company is responsible only for those services which are charged from the guest.
- All other services which are not paid by the guest to the company are suggested services, and the company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
- Unavoidable circumstances:
- If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, strikes, accidents or any other natural or man-made calamities, the itinerary of the tour has to be changed or extended, and the additional expenditure for it will have to be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the tour mid-way, due to any reasons like death of relative, illness or any other reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour. ∙ Complaints during the tour:
- If the passengers have any complaints regarding our service like hotels, houseboats, transport, etc., they need to inform us immediately, sothat theissue can be addressed on the spot. No complaints or refund for the issueswill be entertained after the end of the tour.
- Check-in and check-out policy:
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charge able by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- After confirming a holiday package, the passenger can cancel
- booking by sending an e-mail to us at In case, the passenger is sending an e-mail to cancel the holiday booking, it should be do neat least 5 working day prior to the scheduled departure.
- No partial refunds or credits will be provided for any unused services
